How to Return an Order

Step 2: Get Return Authorization

Step 3: Send Your Return

Once approved, ship the product to the provided return address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Gearsnappy is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds & Processing

  • Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • It may take 3–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
