How to Return an Order

• Reason for return

• Photos of the item (if damaged/incorrect)

Step 2: Get Return Authorization

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Step 3: Send Your Return

Once approved, ship the product to the provided return address.

🔔 Important: Include your Order Number and Return Authorization Code inside the package.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

• Gearsnappy is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds & Processing

• Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• It may take 3–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
